Laid-back: Ryan Reynolds showed off his casual style in a chic, brown leather jacket, dark wash jeans, and low-top sneakers while out in New York City on Monday

Ryan wore a fitted, brown leather jacket, which the actor sported zipped all the way up, coupling it with dark wash jeans.

He also donned low-top, white Converse sneakers, as well as thick-framed, black glasses, and a newsboy cap.

The father-of-one was seen carrying a black motorcycle helmet as he walked along the sidewalk without pregnant wife Blake Lively.

The Shallows actress, 29, is currently pregnant with the couple's second child. They already share daughter James.

And the busy dad recently took to Twitter to joke about his early bedtime, quipping: 'Going to bed at 8:30pm is my version of a big plate of coke.'

But he looked pretty cool on Monday as he was seen going incognito in a motorcycle helmet before riding off on his bike.

The star - who turns 40 in a few weeks - also sported bright yellow gloves as he took off on the bike on Monday.

Ryan has five film projects due out in the next year or so, including the follow-up to wildly successful, R-rated superhero film Deadpool.

He will once again produce the film, while acting as the lead, with Tim Miller directing.

He's also working on dramedy Truth in Advertising, thriller Life, action comedy The Hitman's Bodyguard, and animated film The Croods 2 (a sequel to Dreamworks' 2013 film).
