Should You Take Your Favorite Leather Jacket to the Dominican Republic

In the Dominican Republic, unlike Muslim countries, there is no special dress code. Tourists wear whatever they want here. When packing your suitcase for  Punta Cana all inclusive resorts, it is advisable to take with you a couple of outfits for an evening out at a restaurant and a few everyday comfortable things.

What style predominates in the country?

Most tourists fly to the islands for a beach holiday. Vacationers in the Dominican Republic prefer to wear light, breathable clothes. You should not take heavy outerwear, jeans, or dark wardrobe items with you on a trip. It’s better to leave your favorite leather jacket at home so you can show off in it when you arrive with a fresh, inviting tan.
